I specialize in working with young adults experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, trauma concerns, relationship difficulties, and identity & self-esteem challenges. Many of the individuals I work with have learned to prioritize others' needs, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Clients come to me seeking deeper self-understanding, more secure relationships, and a stronger sense of safety—both within themselves and in connection to others. You may find that past relationships and life experiences continue to shape how you see yourself, navigate relationships, set boundaries, or respond to stress. I use a person-centered, attachment-focused, and somatic-based approach. Utilizing trauma-informed care, I often incorporate mind-body approaches and focus on nervous system support. Most importantly, I believe in the power of the therapist-client relationship. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others—so you can move toward the life you want with clarity and strength.

I support students who are used to holding it together for everyone else—but privately struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, trauma, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. You might overthink everything, avoid asking for help, or feel exhausted by the pressure to perform academically and socially. My practice offers a warm, steady space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and build real coping skills—not just quick fixes. I provide trauma-informed therapy using EMDR, partswork, art therapy, and somatic/body-based approaches that help you understand how stress and past experiences affect your body, emotions, and relationships so you can feel more grounded and confident. I accept funding through VCAP (Victim Compensation Assistance Program) which helps cover the cost of 6-12 months of therapy for sexual assault survivors in Pennsylvania (no need to have ever reported assault in order to be eligible to apply). Do you feel like you’re failing at a "script" you never signed up for? When you find yourself in the space between rejecting old scripts but not yet knowing what your new scripts will be, the weight of the unknown can be paralyzing. Most challenges are fueled by a fear of being 'wrong.' I help you move past those 'right' and 'wrong' binaries and develop a deep relationship with your own intuition. When you are no longer fighting yourself, you have the energy to truly connect with others. I specialize in the topics that many therapists shy away from. I help individuals and couples reclaim intimacy by addressing desire differences, sexual "addictions", or performance anxiety. Whether we are navigating transitions into non-monogamy, or healing from infidelity, we’ll work on the practical skills to help you say 'yes' and 'no' with confidence. I bring my lived experience as a Queer, Trans, Latine therapist to help you navigate the complex intersections of power and identity. My style is direct yet deeply kind; I provide the 'gentle accountability' needed to break old patterns. I’m not here to tell you how to live; I’m here to help you communicate your needs and find what actually works for you. Some areas I explore with clients include: - Men & Masculinity - Infidelity - Boundaries & Communication - Out of Control Sexual Behavior or "Sex Addiction" - Gender & Sexual Identity Development - Asexuality - Polyamory & Non-Monogamy - Divorce & Uncoupling - Multicultural Relationships - Parasocial Relationships - ADHD & Neurodivergence - Spirituality - Grief, Loss, & Transitions

College students can be particularly susceptible to these kinds of distress. When you're trying to manage intense coursework and maintain a satisfying social life while also considering what kind of a life you might want to live and the kind of person you want to be, it is not unusual to struggle with feelings of stress, fear, anxiety, and depression. Searching for a therapist can also seem intimidating, particularly during a stressful phase of life; however, it is my goal to ease the process and be of help. Your mental health is important and deserves attention, especially if you are not feeling well. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or feel I might be of help. I believe therapy is meant to be a collaborative process between client and therapist. As such, clients create goals for themselves while therapist are present to assist them in reaching their goals. I strive to create an environment which is affirming and comfortable yet also expect I will challenge clients in their assumptions regarding thoughts, behaviors, and interpersonal interactions. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities in my practice, tailoring therapy to the individual client(s) I am serving. I regularly use humor and self disclosure, as a way to increase therapeutic relationship, when appropriate. I have worked in social services and mental health for over 15 years. I began my career as a Resident Advisor and by volunteering on hotlines while in college. I then transitioned to working as a milieu therapist with children. Following completion of my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, I worked with families struggling with transitions, relationship conflict, and child behavioral/mental health concerns as a mobile family therapist. While working as a mobile therapist, I received additionally training in Eco-Systemic Family Therapy through the Philadelphia Child and Family Training Therapy program. I am one of a few male Certified Sex Therapist, certified through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, with offices in Philadelphia and Media. I work with couples and individuals. I specialize in working with LGBTQ inidividuals. My areas of speciality include, people seeking to understand their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. I work with gay and lesbian couples who are navigating both traditional couple dynamics as well as issues specific to being a part of a same-sex couple. I have worked with clients in traditional and non-traditional relationship dynamics, including open and polyamorous relationships. Additionally, I often work with people attempting to work through sexual dysfunctions or concerns. I enjoy working with male identified clients as I often find they are not generally given the latitude to be emotionally expressive and doing so with another male can be very affirming. My rate is $175 for individual sessions and $200.00 for couples. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration.

I know firsthand how powerful and healing therapy can be, as well as how frustrating and painful it sometimes is. I believe therapy is a co-created relationship that enables us to reckon with ourselves, therefore making possible the change we want to see in our lives. My style is human — I’m not a neutral observer or blank slate, I am an engaged, deeply caring person. I share what I think honestly and with humility. My therapeutic approach is integrative. I work primarily from a psychodynamic lens, and am internal family systems-informed. Clients have described me as caring, calm, and “bad at having a poker face.” To that end, I share what I think honestly and with humility. In my practice, I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, and want to work through life transitions, and boundary setting. I help my clients develop tools, communicate more effectively, clarify their needs, unlearn old unhelpful beliefs about themselves, and get unstuck from painful patterns. Together we will look at your past to understand what you’re still hanging onto that you’d like to let go of. I can help you understand links between the past and present, while also helping you develop skills for coping and emotional regulation as you engage in therapy.

I support men navigating concerns such as low mood, stress, anxiety, significant life transitions, and establishing work-life balance. I also specialize in sex therapy, and help clients with exploring identity, dating challenges, sexual difficulties, and relationship dynamics. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for clients to discuss what’s most important to them. In addition to processing and unpacking relevant issues that clients might be facing, I also assist them in developing a toolbox of coping strategies to help them build the life they want to be living. I am an LCSW and graduate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. I have years of experience working as a therapist in various settings, facilitating individual and group therapy. My style is warm and collaborative, with an approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, with a strong emphasis on developing and enhancing coping strategies.

Everyone has things in life they want or need to do. As an occupational therapist, I believe that satisfaction stems from engaging in activities that align with one's values. Therefore, my work focuses on guiding individuals to engage in occupations they find meaningful; These could include adopting healthier lifestyle habits, enhancing organization skills, excelling in academic or professional settings, building social connections, managing stress, and more. Through a collaborative and conversation-based approach, I work with clients to identify goals, harness inner strengths, and overcome obstacles to making meaningful change. I work with individuals seeking support in areas such as attention, motivation, sensory processing, relationship building, and time management. While I work with people of all ages, I have a particular passion for supporting college students and young professionals as they navigate the complexities of adulthood and discover their unique paths to fulfillment. My practice is guided by my doctoral work on motivation and resiliency and prioritizes trauma processing to facilitate healing & engagement. I strive to create a warm environment where clients feel accepted and understood. Wherever you’re at on your journey, it would be my honor to help you to discover greater meaning and satisfaction in your life.

I work with people who are interested in improving their relationships with one another.

Therapy is a place where partners can learn how to disrupt old patterns and start experiencing the pleasure of interacting in new ways. The work involves talking, examining the obstacles to talking, and using what happens in sessions as a way to understand what goes on outside of therapy. It also involves bringing creativity to the problems at hand and trying things differently.

I like to create a space with ample opportunity for collaboration as we address the issues that present. Most of all, I strive to provide a safe environment where each individual can explore anything about themselves in their relationships.

If you're interested in enhancing the communication and understanding in your relationship, therapy may be right for you. I offer 50-minute and 75-minute sessions in-person and online. Therapy is a significant investment; if you're curious whether therapy could help, I encourage you to reach out to schedule a free phone or video consultation.

I work best with students who are motivated and thoughtful, but feel stuck—whether that’s struggling to focus, feeling overwhelmed by academic pressure, or wondering if ADHD, a learning difference, or anxiety might be part of the picture. I offer neuropsychological evaluations to help students understand how their brain works—clarifying strengths, challenges, and what may be getting in the way of learning or performance. These evaluations are often helpful for students seeking answers, clarity, or documentation for academic supports. I also provide CBT-based therapy, which focuses on practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and unhelpful thinking patterns. Therapy is active and collaborative, and we work toward concrete changes that make daily life and school feel more manageable. If you’re looking for clearer answers about yourself and support that’s structured, practical, and grounded, I may be a good fit.
