Hi there! I am hoping to join you in finding what you're look for out of therapy. My approach is to engage clients in the deeper process of looking within themselves to gain the insight they hope for. I have a balanced approach of going at your pace while providing the guidance that you need with whatever you're choosing process in sessions. At the same time, I help a client feel confident about knowing what's best for their life and I empower them to live their happiest lives. I work diligently at providing a warm, trusting, nurturing, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. I use different tools to fit the clients personal needs/goals. I am happy working with many different struggles as psychotherapy is my passion, while some of my more specific passions include: life changes/transitions, identity development and figuring out who you are or want to be, anxiety, trauma stemming from childhood, and working with clients who are experiencing pre/postpartum anxiety and depression. Lastly, I am licensed in NH & MA with 10+ years experience. I have my doctorate in clinical psychology and am a licensed mental health counselor. I am excited to hear from you so we can explore how I can support you! Kindly, Jacquie
I work with my clients to identify their personal strengths and utilize them to create positive changes in their lives. Together we will work to develop a healthier lifestyle and improve emotional regulation, communication and stress management skills. We'll explore issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma and the impact they have on your relationships and daily functioning. I specialize in working with clients who are navigating various life transitions and/or are members of the LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, consensual nonmonogamy or kink/bdsm communities.
Radical acceptance and authentic human connection. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Trying to keep your head above water? Do you need a space where you can be seen, heard, and valued? I can help. I provide warm, engaging therapy without judgment, shame, or stigma. I work with folx ages 16+ who are looking for new ways to move through life. I tend to work with people who are going through a transition. Perhaps you are going off to college, trying to understand an ADHD or Autism diagnosis, navigating complicated relationships, or exploring your identity. (I provide gender-affirming treatment letters.) WARNING: I'm not the kind of therapist who nods & asks: "How does that make you feel?" I work in an interpersonal, solution-focused, collaborative language format. Meaning? I'm super interactive, and we're gonna work together to manage your drama & trauma. I use radical acceptance and authentic human connection to help you on your path toward healing, growing, and thriving. I've been a therapist for over a decade. I use strength-based, affirmative, and neuroscientific theories to guide us, but healing doesn't happen via theory. It lies within you- your hopes, hardships, successes, and infinite wisdom. My mission is to help you feel deeply understood and connected as you gain awareness of how your thoughts, emotions, and body are interconnected. Take a break from your hectic day and find a relaxing space where you can virtually come to learn to maximize your strengths, minimize your fears, and increase your confidence. As an expressive therapist, I’ve been trained to find additional approaches towards healing, which may include the arts. My style is relational, collaborative, and informed. Recovery and healing are possible. We all have struggles we've faced in this life. You are the expert of your life and your experience. Racism, homophobia, and sexism are hardcore capital-T Traumas. Even the strongest among us need support in helping our inner critic shut up and get out of our way. You are amazing, and I want to help you see that (especially if you just got through this whole thing and are still reading).
Hey, I’m Alexandra. Life can be exciting, but it also brings its fair share of stress, uncertainty, and tough decisions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, facing a big change, or just trying to figure things out, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, build confidence, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I take a flexible approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and other effective methods to help you gain clarity, identify what really matters to you, and take action toward your goals.
I provide an inclusive, trauma-informed setting for clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, stress, mood swings, and other challenges. I will help you feel seen, understood, and respected throughout your care.
Stigma should not prevent you from getting the help you need. If you are suffering from feeling sad all the time, hearing voices or/and seeing things no-one else can, anxiousness, worrying often, problems sleeping, eating, going out, nightmares, and/or panic attacks, I can help. Springfield Behavioral Health and Medical Care Partners provides both in-office outpatient and tele-psychiatry mental health services in Springfield, MA. Tele-psychiatry services are provided in the comfort of your home using a computer/ a phone. Currently, accepting new patients. Evening and weekend hours are available for those busy during office hours. Colorful Resilience is a Queer-Afro-Latina-owned outpatient mental health services office in West Springfield, Massachusetts. We proudly provide therapy – primarily, but not exclusively – to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, First Generation, and immigrant folks. For clients in the Western MA area, we offer in-person consultations and virtually for those all across Massachusetts. Due to a lack of clinical representation and cultural competency in the mental health field, the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, First Generation, and immigrant communities have historically been underserved. Colorful Resilience hopes to remedy such disparity by ensuring all our team members are representatives of the communities we serve, fearless allies, or both. Not only utilizing education but also lived experiences to provide the most relevant behavioral health services.
I have over 25 years experience working with teenagers and adults. I understand the social, behavioral, and academic challenges clients face, not only with the pandemic, but with social media, peer pressure, self-esteem, eating disorders, relationships, decision making, substance use, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. I provide cognitive behavior therapy, which is to help clients understand why they are thinking and behaving the way they are and to help them understand that in order to change for the long term, they need to first understand what is causing the problem. I help clients develop coping skills and self-care strategies for in the moment and every day use.
Some clients arrive feeling the weight of their anxiety. Others are in the middle of a transition—navigating changes in relationships, family dynamics, or adjusting to a new diagnosis or ongoing health condition. These transition moments can bring a level of uncertainty that’s hard to tolerate and often lead to second-guessing, especially when your body or health begins to feel unpredictable or outside of your control. I also work with individuals who experience intrusive thoughts or feel caught in patterns meant to prevent something bad from happening. These thoughts can feel unsettling or even at odds with who you are—making them confusing, distressing, and difficult to talk about. For some, these experiences are connected to obsessive-compulsive patterns (often referred to as OCD), even if that’s not a term you’ve used for yourself before. There are effective, evidence-based ways to work with OCD patterns, and we can talk through what that might look like for you. At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is a collaborative process. You should want to talk to your therapist, and from the very beginning, I focus on creating a space where you can talk openly about what’s actually on your mind. The relationship between therapist and client matters deeply. Meaningful change tends to happen when people feel understood, respected, and able to show up honestly— even when what they’re bringing to session feels messy, confusing, or hard to put into words. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and no single approach works for every person or every situation. I draw from a range of approaches and tailor the work to each client’s needs, goals, and experiences. Depending on what feels most helpful, this might include building a clearer understanding of the patterns you’re caught in, exploring where those patterns come from, or finding new ways to respond to them. Across all of this, my focus is on helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck so they begin to have less of a hold on you over time.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing grief and loss, effects of traumatic brain injury, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also closely allied with LGBTQ+, sex worker, and secular/nonreligious communities. I have experience working with first-generation and international students.

Thank you for stopping by! I'm Jenn! College is an incredible time where we are gaining independence and working towards our next phase of life while figuring out where we belong, what our next steps will be, and hopefully having some fun while we do it! My passion is working with young adults in helping them to better understand themselves, figure out where they want to go next, and navigate a new world of responsibility. As someone who spent 4 years in undergrad and 3 years in grad school myself, I know how hard it can be to be away from home, trying to figure out where you fit in both on campus and in the world as whole. Mental health needs don't stop because we've got work to do... in fact, they can feel much worse when accompanied by the additional demands of being a college student, being away from home, and not wanting to let your family down. Whether you could use some help deciding on a career path, adjusting to the change from high school to college, or are struggling with low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety, stress, or relationship issues, I will work collaboratively with you, building on your strengths and what is important to you while helping to guide you towards the goals you would like to achieve, even if you're not quite sure what those goals are just yet!
These seasons of life can be filled with uncertainty and emotional challenges, and having a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process those experiences can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to offer that space to every client I work with. As a Registered Art Therapist with 15 years of experience, I integrate therapeutic art-making into sessions to support self-expression, healing, and growth. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and collaborative. I tailor counseling to each individual's needs, combining expressive arts with other effective therapeutic techniques to help clients build coping skills, resilience, and a personal toolkit they can draw from in everyday life. Whether this is your first time seeking support or returning to therapy, I strive to create a welcoming, safe environment where you feel heard and supported. I’m currently offering daytime appointments in Raynham and also have telehealth availability. Thank you for visiting my profile—if it sounds like we may be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
