Be Well ATL Psychotherapy
College can be a lot. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Between classes, relationships, family expectations, friendships, finances, and figuring out who you are and where you’re headed, college can bring both exciting opportunities and unexpected stress. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, burned out, stuck, or simply not quite like yourself. Counseling can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and work through what’s weighing on you AND without judgment. Whether you’re struggling with academic pressure, adjusting to college life, relationship challenges, self-confidence, identity, or finding balance, we can work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out. You just need a place to start.

Lindsay Dodgen
If you’re in college or just starting adulthood and feel like you’re supposed to have everything figured out, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re questioning who you are, what you want, or where you’re headed. Maybe you’re struggling with relationships, friendships, family expectations, school, or the pressure to be successful. You might be thoughtful, driven, and self-aware, but still find yourself overthinking everything, people-pleasing, putting everyone else first, or feeling like you’re never doing enough. You may even look like you have it all together on the outside while feeling completely overwhelmed on the inside. If that sounds like you, therapy can be a place to slow down, figure out what you actually need, and better understand the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we can work toward feeling more confident in who you are, building healthier relationships, and creating a life that feels like your own.

Clifford Guarnaccia
I am a clinical psychologist and sub-specialize in couples and family therapy. I help couples and individuals deal with a variety of issues that may be interfering with relationships such as depression, anxiety, infidelity, poor communication, constant fighting, lack of motivation, or feelings of disconnection. My goal as a therapist is to give my clients the tools to achieve the kind of control that lets them be in charge. This is the only true path to a happy and fulfilling relationship. I also help parents deal with children who may be unmotivated, anxious, depressed, or oppositional. I believe parents need to be strategic with troubled children. Sessions focus on empowering parents with tools to reduce parent-child power struggles, stop self-defeating behavior and improve self-esteem and motivation to succeed. Clients leave my office having a clear idea of what they need to do to improve their circumstances. I aim to achieve positive change in the briefest time possible. I have had success with many clients that have seen multiple previous therapists.

College is a time of immense growth, but it can also feel like you're expected to have everything figured out. The pressure to choose the right major, land the right internship, and map out your entire future can feel suffocating. I know this firsthand - I changed careers a few times before finding my path in counseling. I understand what it's like to sit with the uncertainty of wondering whether you're on the right track and feeling like you're falling behind while everyone else seems to have it together. Whether you're adjusting to a new campus, navigating the independence of college life, or struggling with anxiety and depression, I provide a space to unpack those pressures and reconnect with what actually matters to you. I also enjoy working with student-athletes. Balancing the demands of academics and athletics comes with a unique set of pressures. When so much of your identity is tied to performance, it can be difficult to know who you are outside of your sport. There are a lot of challenges involved such as adjusting to a new team environment, managing the weight of expectations from coaches and peers, or facing burnout and the emotional toll of competition. Together, we can work to build resilience that extends beyond the field or court and help you develop a stronger sense of self that isn't solely defined by your achievements. In therapy, I offer a warm, collaborative approach where healing happens through genuine connection. I believe people suffer most when they are living out of alignment with their own values and desires rather than the expectations placed on them by society, family, coaches, or culture. Part of our work together is identifying those messages and exploring which ones are truly yours.

I leverages the power of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and expressive arts techniques to help my clients achieve their goals. I believe in the importance of taking a person-centered approach to therapy and creating a climate for growth by being genuine and nonjudgmental. “To heal is to touch with love that which we previously touched with fear.” – Buddhist proverb As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I provide a holistic, evidence-informed approach to therapy, helping adults navigate OCD, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges with greater clarity and self-trust. I have specialized training in trauma and substance use counseling, and I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals managing OCD, including those experiencing intrusive thoughts and compulsive patterns that feel difficult to break. My work is strongly rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supporting clients inbuilding psychological flexibility, reducing avoidance, and reconnecting with what matters most to them. I am also currently engaged in intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention(ERP) to further strengthen my work with OCD. I tailor each session to the individual, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to address both the mental and physiological impacts of stress and trauma. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I incorporate mind–body awareness into therapy in a clinically grounded way, drawing from breathwork, nervous system regulation, present-moment attention. For clients interested in a more integrative approach, this can support deeper awareness and regulation without requiring prior experience in yoga or meditation. I place a strong emphasis on both insight and application, so our work goes beyond simply processing experiences. While there is always space for you to feel heard and supported, therapy with me is also focused on helping you build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful shifts in your day-to-day life. I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process, where you can feel both challenged and understood. Whether you are working through intrusive thoughts, healing from past experiences, navigating complex relationships, or seeking a stronger sense of alignment in your life, we will move at a pace that feels steady and sustainable. My goal is to help you build the skills, insight, and resilience needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me spending time with my dog, Sebastian, deep in my sourdough era, cooking something new, or planning my next trip. I am also a big music lover and really value the small, grounding moments in everyday life.
Counseling Associates for Well-Being
Life can feel overwhelming when you are anxious, disconnected, navigating a transition, or unsure how to move forward. I believe therapy can be a supportive space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. My goal is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where you can better understand yourself, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values. Therapy is not about having everything figured out before you begin. It is a place to start where you are, feel supported, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to build. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and integrates DBT, ACT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies. I take a holistic, culturally responsive view of therapy, recognizing how personal, relational, cultural, and social experiences shape mental health. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and personal growth. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I aim to meet clients with warmth, curiosity, and respect as we work together toward insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Students and young adults are often juggling a lot — classes, work, relationships, family pressure, big decisions, and trying to figure out who they are and what they want. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or like everyone besides you somehow has it figured out. Therapy can be a place to sort through what’s going on, understand yourself a little better, and feel more confident in the direction you're headed.

Lately, you might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—whether it’s anxiety, a painful relationship with food and your body, or the weight of living in a body that’s constantly in survival mode. You’ve learned how to keep going, but something still feels heavy or unfinished. You want to feel more at home in yourself—more grounded, more free. In our work together, we’ll slow down, listen to your nervous system, and gently untangle what’s been holding you back. My approach is holistic and person-centered, meaning therapy is always tailored to you- your story, your needs, and your goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches to meet your individual needs with compassion and flexibility. If you’re working through trauma or distressing life experiences, I offer EMDR to support deep, body-based healing. EMDR can be especially helpful when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough to move through the stuck places. My practice is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), promoting body acceptance and self-compassion. If faith is important to you, I also offer Christian counseling to integrate your spiritual beliefs into the healing process. You deserve support that truly meets you where you are. I’d love to walk with you on your path to healing and growth.
