Hi, I’m Tyana Tavakol, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I specialize in supporting college students navigating anxiety, trauma, and the overwhelming pressures of life. If you feel like you’re juggling too much—between classes, relationships, family expectations, and trying to figure out who you are—I get it. Many of my clients feel stuck, like they’re constantly spinning their wheels but still not moving forward.

Together, we’ll work on untangling the stress and uncovering who you are underneath all the expectations. Whether you’re dealing with anxious thoughts that won’t quit, past experiences you can’t seem to shake, or feeling unsure about what’s next, I’m here to help. Therapy with me is a space to process, reflect, and build skills to handle life’s challenges in a way that feels aligned with your values and who you truly want to be.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s figure out how therapy can help you navigate this chapter of your life with confidence and self-compassion. You can schedule a free consultation to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit—I’d be honored to support you.
