Grace Cox

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated Yesterday

I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional experiences. While I have a strong interest in working with teens and young adults, I welcome clients of all different ages and backgrounds. I want to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, feel genuinely understood, and have the opportunity to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Providing support and guidance in a compassionate and empathetic way is something that I strive for when working with clients. Every person has their own unique challenges and strengths, and I adapt according to their unique needs. My prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism has led me to develop a warm but honest and adaptable approach.

I know that taking the step to begin counseling can feel difficult or unfamiliar. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions. Wherever you are in your journey, I hope to provide support and guidance in a compassionate way while we work together toward meaningful growth.
