Toshie Suzuki-Diaz

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LICSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 17 days ago

My therapeutic approaches are insight-oriented and supportive psychotherapy as well as using solution-focused and problem-solving models. As a therapist trained in Internal Family Systems level 1, I incorporate mind-body-spirit techniques to help you better understand your challenges and to shift perspectives.

I’m a former international student who has experience working in MA, IL, and WA in community mental health clinics, hospitals, on a college campus. For the past 10 years, I’ve seen students and working professionals at my private practice. I enjoy supporting clients from a variety of backgrounds including cultural, linguistic, sexual orientation, education, disability, and socioeconomic status.

Please inquire about current availability and set up a free 15-20 min. phone consultation; I look forward to hearing from you and potentially having the opportunity to work together.

Please note: all my sessions are conducted via telehealth and I’m able to meet with clients who are physically located in MA.
