Many people struggle with feeling like they don't have a sense of purpose; or that they're disconnected from themselves and the people around them. Some people have to bear the weight of dealing with the stress that comes along with living in a society that treats LGBTQ+ folks and POC differently. Through therapy, you can have your concerns validated yet be challenged to grow and thrive in a world that wants to turn its back on anyone who dares to challenge the status quo. It is my goal to collaborate with clients on self-expression, personal growth, and self-advocacy.

I am a queer, Black, woman of size with lived experience of marginalization and empathy for folks with similar and different intersecting identities. I believe we ultimately are the author of our own lives, and have the innate ability to change our narrative in order to create a new reality and behaviors that serve and honor who we are.
