You might try to keep pushing forward without addressing the problem because you feel you can’t afford to stop. But trying to handle everything by yourself, or all at once, can lead you to feeling overwhelmed or alone. You are not alone—letting go is possible. You deserve relief, peace, and happiness.
As a first-generation Asian American, I deeply understand the challenges of balancing the expectations of home and society, while also feeling responsible for more than just ourselves.

With over a decade of experience in client services and several years of counseling diverse student populations at multiple universities, I take an approach that combines both accountability and empathy, especially when working with situations or individuals who may be unpredictable. I believe that by shedding light on the possibilities, we can begin to see how we can grow from the very things that once caused us pain.
