In today's demanding world, anxiety and depression often impose themselves, disrupting our daily lives and compromising our well-being. They often leave us feeling trapped, isolated, and overwhelmed, impacting not just our mental state but also our physical health and relationships. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to share your fears and worries, guiding you toward a path of healing and growth.

My approach to therapy is to listen attentively and offer validation. I can also support you in self-discovery. You are the expert in your life. However, I can guide you to learn more about yourself from a different perspective, making connections you may not have considered and exploring how they may contribute to your issues.

I offer individual therapy. Together, we will create objectives one step at a time so you can reach your desired goals. If you think my approach to therapy is a fit for you, please contact me. You can also visit tianyeung.com for more information.
