Are you feeling overwhelmed with classes and social demands? Working through a relationship or family conflict? Hoping to build up confidence but not sure how? It’s understandable and normal that we might need help working through life’s challenges. It’s my goal to offer support and compassion as you navigate these challenges in hopes of creating a better and deeper understanding of yourself. I believe that through this understanding of yourself comes healing, growth, and an ability to identify and express your emotions. I want to help you find confidence, peace, and self-compassion.
My specialties include college-aged women and post-college twenty-somethings entering the workforce. Women and young adults face unique experiences and I'm passionate about helping navigate them. Family systems therapy and attachment theory are the pillars of my work. I also use a trauma informed approach, person-centered therapy, and CBT.
I approach my work with curiosity, humility, and humor (sometimes we just need to laugh a little). My goal is to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe and empowered to express your thoughts and feelings. Through a collaborative approach, I strive to create a compassionate and sincere therapeutic relationship.
