My main area of focus is working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, codependency, gender identity, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism, neurodivergent, couples issues, and family relationship issues.
I use a lot of psychoeducation and talk therapy to empower my clients and help them learn why they are experiencing whatever it is that they are experiencing.
