Hello, I have 2 decades experience working with young adults in a variety of areas. I am also a meditation teacher and practitioner of Mindful Self-Compassion. I use an eclectic approach that is tailored to your needs and we identify the area(s) you want to work on first. I run workshops on: Resilience, Overcoming Perfectionism, and Befriending the Inner Critic. I work a Harvard University Counseling and Mental Health Services (and can't see current Harvard students in private practice) and I am very familiar with the university population. In-person sessions limited to Friday afternoons and some Saturdays. Telehealth sessions on Mon/Thurs afternoons; Fri mornings.
