I personalize treatment to you. Everyone is different and unique, and I believe that my job is to have all the tools at my disposal to provide a treatment that will be tailored to you, who you are, your experiences, and what you're going through.

I work in a collaborative manner, and only use treatments that have scientific evidence showing that they work. I have worked with many individuals navigate changes in their lives, relationship difficulties, and work to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, OCD, panic, trauma, grief and loss, and anger. I'm looking forward to working together to help you achieve the life that you want for yourself.
