Hello! I am hear to offer you support. Concerns i have helped others with include; being overwhelmed, transitioning from home for the first time with college, feeling miss-understood or isolated from peers, living with a chronic illness, medical anxiety, fatigue and or just need support from someone who understands. I have my own medical trauma history as well as over thinking and feeling miss understood. For convenience , or not being local i offer telehealth sessions throughout wisconsin. Have a cash rate if opting out or do not have insurance.
