Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, family pressure, or relationships that leave you exhausted? Tired of shrinking yourself, people-pleasing, or carrying guilt for setting boundaries? You’re not broken, and you are not crazy.
At Renewed Resilience, our team specializes in helping college students heal from the impact of childhood trauma, chronic stress, and identity-based pressure. We support you in building emotional safety, self-trust, and confidence so you can stop people pleasing and start living everyday as your full self on campus, at home, and in your relationships.
Renewed Resilience is an affirming practice, deeply committed to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ students. However, we welcome students of all identities who are ready to stop surviving and start creating a life that actually feels good.
At Renewed Resilience we mix real talk, with a little humor, a few cuss words, and real skills to help you heal. So forget about trying to find the right words, and come as you are. Healing happens in spaces where you feel seen, validated, and safe.
