Rachel Aylsworth

Licensed Dance/Movement Therapist, LMHC, BC-DMT
Accepting clients Last Updated 30+ days ago

As a Dance/Movement Therapist, I believe in the importance of the mind-body connection and gently invite my clients to integrate breath, movement, journaling, art and other forms of creative expression into our sessions. I value the healing power of a caring therapeutic relationship, and also welcome engaging, reflective conversations when movement or art-making is not the vibe of the day.

I offer intuitive counseling on developing positive healing skills to address symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and grief. My theoretical perspective is trauma-informed and grounded in self-compassion, self-empowerment, somatic, and mindfulness practices.

I look forward to welcoming you into a mutual exploration of Creative Joy.
