You have a tendency to take on too much and have high expectations for yourself that are hard to live up too. I'm here to tell you that counseling can help! I specialize in treating young adults like yourself who struggle to manage the stressors of college life and are seeking better ways to cope. I offer a holistic approach including skill building with breath work, yoga, meditation and mindfulness to help improve your ability to handle overwhelming emotions and feel more centered.
