You tell yourself you need a change or help, but you’ve been putting it off. Meanwhile, you’ve been missing out on things because you’ve locked yourself away, make up excuses not to follow through with plans, tell yourself you won’t have fun, or you don’t want to ruin anyone else’s good time.

It’s time for you to continue on the journey you’ve started. You did the work to get yourself this far. Let’s take the next Spey together. It’s a new day, a new mindset, and it can be a start to change the things that’s not working for you.

You can learn new strategies better insight, enhance skills, overcome habitual behaviors, create purposeful experiences, cope with feelings/emotions, be more organized, purposeful, intentional while building a more positive experiences and well-balanced experience that will allow you to flourish.

You can have the support to better your circumstances, overcome challenges, grow, and make the necessary changes for a healthier, and productive experience.

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified life coach. I have extensive training, knowledge, and experience in the mental health field.

I am deeply committed and respond to a diverse array of situations. I provide support, empathy, compassion, helpful & meaningful guidance, dignity and respect while maintaining sensitivity to privacy & confidentiality.

First session $160
Ongoing sessions $120
Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
