There are times we all could use someone to walk beside us and hold a light on our journey towards becoming our best self. When the road gets rough, I hope that I can be there to help remind you of your strengths. My goal is to provide therapy that is unique and tailored to your individual needs. I believe a trustworthy, judgment-free, and compassionate relationship between client and therapist is vital to helping you reach your goals. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities to help you cope with life’s challenges and grow into a more confident version of yourself. The tenets of mindfulness help to inspire my approach: presence, non-judgment, patience, acceptance, letting go, and gratitude.
My clinical experience has taught me that people are resilient. Our mind and body have a natural desire to heal and grow. But being human can get messy. Approaching life’s challenges alone can feel overwhelming. Perhaps you’re not quite sure where to start. Maybe you’d like someone to hold a light as you navigate the darker parts of life, and celebrate with you as you reach your goals. It has been an honor for me to work with a diverse range of individuals as they seek healing from trauma, navigate changes, and transitions, and learn healthier ways to cope with stress.
