Being a student can bring a lot of pressure, uncertainty, and emotional weight. If you are feeling stuck, anxious, or carrying pain that is hard to explain, you are not alone. I am here to support you and help you make sense of what you are experiencing in a way that feels honest and respectful.

My approach is trauma informed, queer affirming, and non-more pathologizing. I believe your symptoms make sense in the context of your experiences. Together we will explore those patterns with care and curiosity, not judgment. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eastern philosophy to support healing, growth, and connection to your values. This work is always shaped by you, your story, your pace, and your goals.

If you are ready to begin or just curious about starting, I would be happy to connect.
