I believe therapy should be more than just talk. We all get stuck sometimes, and we all know how rough it is! Just because you're stuck in your head or stuck in a terrible major or stuck in the past, doesn't mean you have to be stuck talking about it forever in therapy. I help stuck people get moving.
Guidance, tools, structure…and guess what? This is not me giving you answers. It’s me empowering you to find the right answers for yourself. We all have this wisdom inside, let’s bring it out!
We can acknowledge that it’s hard, that progress is not a straight line, the systemic barriers, the ways we get in our own way, and how we don’t always have what we need. One thing we always need is support. You don’t have to do it alone.
Ways to get you moving in therapy:
-you can measure your progress every session
-you can acknowledge your strengths without always needing to be strong
-you can feel safe to try things and give feedback if it's not working
-you can understand what we're doing and why
