Attending college can be a stressful time of transitions and uncertainty, filled with pressure to succeed academically and adjust to new situations. I focus on helping students transition to the college environment, cope with the stress and anxiety that this can entail, and prepare for what comes next after graduation. I specialize in addressing various forms of anxiety such as social anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and use a variety of treatment approaches. I enjoy offering skills and techniques to cope with stress as well as highlighting and building upon areas of strength and resilience.
