I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate and HBCU graduate. My vocational mental health counseling sessions help students answer the question: Now what?
This a place to learn new coping skills, grow beyond trauma, adjust to college life, shape identity, and prepare for upcoming challenges. I see students who are managing known conditions as well as students who are needing brief guidance.
I understand that the college life post pandemic is very different then what others experienced. I can help you make it, make sense.
