Licensed independent clinical social worker/therapist specializing in treating people ages 18 yrs old and up. Together, we can create a plan to manage and reduce symptoms of loss, grief and bereavement, difficulties adjusting to life changes, anxiety and stress. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that includes different treatment modalities such as mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I am a bilingual and bicultural English/Spanish speaking clinician who provides BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. My focus is to provide trauma sensitive, culturally sensitive, strength-based, person-centered, holistic treatment modalities to help you achieve your goals.
