I love practicing through a strengths-based approach where I ensure that my clients ultimately flourish, heal, and feel better about themselves.
In my practice, I use evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based Therapy. My therapeutic approach mainly involves strengths-based approaches and exploring mindfulness techniques. I am also competent in the intersectionality of identities including race, gender, religion, and sexual orientation.
I currently have an open schedule for telehealth only appointments so please feel free to email me if you are seeking support and treatment. I accept private pay, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts. I offer a sliding scale of $50-$90 a session.
