Young adulthood is a messy place where anxiety and excitement tend to intertwine. [Insert all the feels here 🙃]

Perhaps you’re entering college and finding yourself wondering what is going on with you. Your inner monologue may sound something like this:

"This change has been so hard for me. Anxiety and depression are showing up like never before. I need help!"

"My faith is struggling. What do I even believe?"

"My family does *not* feel normal compared to my roommates’ family. I want to talk through family of origin issues."

"What are my values? Who do I want to choose to be?"

"What do I want to major in? What am I excited about learning?"

"What do I want my sexuality to look like?"

Wherever you are finding yourself, I would love to help you feel less alone AKA I'm down to journey alongside you and sort through things. You deserve a space to process.

Hi, I'm Laura Sharp, owner of Koselig Counseling, and I love helping overwhelmed and anxious individuals — like yourself — find confidence + direction through a holistic, strengths-based approach.

My clients come to me ready + willing to do some interior exploration, teeming with curiosity — about themselves, others, and the world around them — and are seeking space to process and make sense of it all. I'll serve as your guide (...and fellow imperfect human being) and confidant.

As your guide, I’ll provide the hope, safety, and space for exploration; you provide the honest story.

What we will find is a new version of yourself — someone who is more authentic, self-compassionate, and comfortable and in their own skin (koselig).
