Hi my name is Karolyn! It is hard being a teen and young adult. I believe that working collaboratively with young people and their families is rewarding and necessary for positive lasting change. I have witnessed how therapy can be a powerful way to learn more about yourself, resolve conflict, and develop and practice skills. With the client, I will explore needs, motivation for change, and set goals that are achievable and desirable. I will do this in an authentic, safe, affirming way that is moving toward wellness.
