Life is too short to stay stuck in behaviors, relationships, and patterns that detract rather than enhance our lives. At some point in all of our lives, we are likely to find ourselves stagnant and in need of a change, unsure which direction to go in a time of transition, or just dissatisfied and maybe not even sure why. It can be difficult to know where and how to begin the journey to change and growth. Or even to know what you want that change to be right now. If this resonates with you, know that you are not the only one!

Therapy can provide the structure and support to identify what isn't working for you, what you would like to do about it, and how to create the change you want for yourself. I love working with adolescents and adults who are curious about how life could be better for them and committed to the work it takes to find meaning, peace, and satisfaction.

Making the decision to seek the support of a therapist takes courage and can be really daunting. Get to know more about me, my approach, and if I might be a good fit for your needs by visiting my website. Or (deep breath) giving me a call. I'd love to hear from you!
