Accepting clients Last Updated 25 days ago

Julia’s passion is guiding people through psychotherapy towards a more fulfilled sense of wholeness and aliveness. Motivated by her interest in understanding people, Julia completed a Masters in Clinical Mental Health counseling at Naropa University and is now in private practice in South Boulder as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She provides therapy for individuals and couples with a variety of mental health and life challenges using mindfulness-based and somatic psychotherapy. She is informed by the belief that health and healing look different for each person, and evolve over time toward our unique version of health and wholeness. Julia creates a space of non-judgement, compassion and humor so that clients can explore their experiences with kindness and understanding. Outside of her professional life, her time is spent creating art, cooking lovely meals, and spending time in the great outdoors.
