With shadow work, attachment theory, and holistic therapeutic approaches, I can help you grow into a healthier version of yourself.
Life is hard enough on its own. Feeling stuck while navigating life is distressing. And relationships (of all kinds) can be challenging. You do not have to figure it out alone. Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
