I am an clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience. My areas of interest include working with individuals who may have anger control problems. I also have expertise in chemical addictions and treating depression and anxiety. I believe for the treatment to be effective, the person needs to feel that the relationship with me is comfortable and safe. My theoretical orientation tends to be cognitive-behavioral that also includes a mindfulness approach.
