Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes you need someone to help you work through them! I am passionate about helping others through difficult times - you have so many strengths but just might not have tapped into them yet. As a LCSW with over 7 years experience working with kids, teens and adults as a school-based and outpatient therapist, there isn’t much I haven’t heard from my clients. My hope is that you feel comfortable and relaxed as we work together to determine what is important to you and how to get to where you want to go.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, and life transitions, as well as have experience with borderline personality disorder and PTSD. I also strive to be a safe space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

During our time together, we will use techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focus, meeting you where you are in your therapy process to work towards helping you meet your goals. Healing is hard work, and while there may be tears, we’ll laugh together where we can. Let’s get you on the road to not just living, but thriving!
