I work with people who are dealing with stress, anxiety, pain, grief/loss, illness, self-esteem concerns, and self-criticism. I teach mindfulness skills to help you reduce stress, anxiety and pain, and cope more effectively with grief, loss, and illness. I'll teach you how to feel better, feel better about yourself, and treat yourself with greater kindness and compassion.
We have more control over our lives than it sometimes seems that we do. I teach people how to manage your thoughts and feelings so that you feel a greater sense of calm, happiness, and well-being. I'll teach you how to get unstuck, set clear intentions for your life, and take action to achieve your intentions and goals.
