I am a therapist practice at Triangle Counseling Agency in Raleigh. I am currently taking new clients and see clients remotely. I see children, youth and adults and also do couples counseling. I have been licensed since 2014. I am licensed in North Carolina, Virginia and Texas. I work with a wide variety of ages of people and have experience with using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialetical behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I work with my client to find interventions that they will use to help manage their symptoms or concerns. I look forward to meeting you in the future.
