Hi, I am so glad you're here! The college years can be filled with excitement, as well as many transitions and changes. You may be leaving home for the first time, moving to a new community, wrestling with your faith, or just starting your career. There are big decisions to make, various losses, and so much change happening all at once! This time of life can often feel overwhelming and lonely. Additionally, the difficulties of anxiety, self doubt, difficult relationships, or past hurts can compound the stress you may already be experiencing and leave you feeling stuck. You are not alone.

I specialize in helping teen girls, college students, and young adult women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, pressure, and self-doubt learn how to manage stress, build healthier relationships, and calm their inner critic so they can embrace their worth and value, and live with greater confidence, peace, and lasting joy. I have been supporting youth and families in the mental health field since 2005. I am fully licensed in both CO and MI and have additional training in various anxiety and trauma treatment interventions, including Brainspotting.

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying pain or confusion alone. Together, we’ll explore your story, relationships, and identity, and establish healthy ways to manage the challenges you are facing and improve your relationships so you can find hope, healing, and freedom to live more authentically and wholeheartedly.

I provide a relational and straightforward approach. I aim to create a safe, inviting space where you are welcomed to honestly explore and process your thoughts and feelings. As a trauma-informed therapist, I work at a pace that feels right for you as you uncover different parts of your story; together, we incorporate solid strategies to keep you feeling grounded and integrated during our sessions and leave you feeling empowered to navigate life between sessions. If you're ready to unburden from feelings of unworthiness and anxiety, I would be honored to support you.
