Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood.

I specialize in working with eating disorders of all kinds—from anorexia to ARFID and everything in between. Alongside this, I also support individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and OCD. Together, we’ll work to gently untangle these challenges with curiosity, compassion, and care.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in which I hold a Level 2 certification through Behavioral Tech. These tools can help with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and building a more balanced, meaningful life.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is possible. You don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, freedom from rigid patterns, or a healthier relationship with food and yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process.
