When I think of life, I think of the wise words from Dory in Finding Nemo: “When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming.” That’s where I come in—to help you navigate life’s “currents”.

I believe that in order to cultivate a healthy and meaningful life, it starts with the relationship you have with yourself and then your relationship with the world around you. I am deeply committed to providing you the tools necessary for your success and empowering you to achieve the life you want. In our collaborative environment, I strive to create a genuine, safe, and judgment-free space where we can engage in laughter, tears, creativity, learning, and even prayer together (should you request it). Whether you are happy, sad, overwhelmed, feeling depleted, questioning your worth or purpose, I am available to help.

As your Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I approach therapy from an integrative method, where I use client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness strategies, among others.

I am honored to serve people of all ages (6-65+), couples, and families. If this sounds good to you, let’s begin our work together. Reach out to schedule your session with me. I can’t wait to work with you.
