Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) and former corporate attorney, now based in New York City. I work with students, young professionals, and emerging leaders who often feel capable and accomplished on the outside but unsettled or stuck internally.

I provide depth-oriented, relational therapy, helping clients explore patterns in relationships, identity, and emotional life. My work is informed by attachment, parts-based approaches (IFS), and somatic awareness, with extensive experience supporting trauma survivors.

In our work together, I aim to create a reflective, safe space where you can explore what’s really behind the surface of your experiences—without manuals, homework, or pressure. I pay close attention to the relational dynamics between us, while giving you room to wander and discover.

I work with adults, couples, and emerging adults, and I also facilitate two small support groups: one for male survivors of childhood sexual abuse and one for new therapists navigating their early clinical work.
