Hello! I am a psychotherapist with a background in clinical social work and mindfulness-based yoga.

I believe that you’re the expert of your own life. Together, we will personalize your therapy experience for you, drawing from various evidence-based, trauma-informed, and social justice-oriented approaches. As a yoga teacher, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques into therapy sessions with clients, such as breathing exercises and body awareness. In therapy, you can expect to slow down, explore, get curious, laugh, navigate difficult emotions and thoughts with self-compassion, cultivate resilience and self-efficacy, and reconnect to yourself. Together, we’ll develop a customized plan and work toward the goals you set to bring you true meaning and fulfillment in your life.
