Cat Salemi (they/them) is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA) who provides counseling services to adults (18+) in North Carolina via telehealth. As an autistic therapist & ADHDer, Cat is especially passionate about helping other neurodivergent folks, and uses a non-pathologizing and neurodiversity-based approach. Cat is experienced in treating clients struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, executive dysfunction, sensory sensitivities, and OCD, among other concerns. Cat identifies as nonbinary and is a proud part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
