Accepting clients Last Updated 22 days ago

Welcome! Taking the first step in seeking therapy can be daunting, I am glad you're here. Life is complicated, unpredictable and challenging to navigate through the ups and downs. After 12+ years in the field, I've worked with individuals and families across the lifespan, but have developed a passion for assisting young adults and college students. I work with students experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, social pressures, identity challenges, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, and with members of the LGBTQ+ community and their families.

I strive to meet clients where they're at in their own journey, to be authentic, design individualized goals, and support clients through a creative, compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC), board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC), and EMDR trained clinician, I provide art therapy services, interventions, and other professional counseling approaches including CBT, DBT, and client-focused techniques.
