I am Anita Daniels, a licensed clinical social worker and addictions specialist. I have a sports counseling certificate from PennWest California in PA. I work with collegiate, professional (including Olympians), and former professional athletes in North Carolina and Florida. I specifically address depression, anxiety, addictions, performance, sleep hygiene, and emotional intelligence. My sessions are virtual; however, I occasionally meet athletes in person particularly when I'm in close proximity. I look forward to supporting you through your athletic and personal journeys!
