By providing a confidential, non-judgmental, and professionally guided space for exploration, psychotherapy offers individuals the chance to develop deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and more satisfying, authentic ways of engaging with themselves and the world around them. Psychotherapy is useful when one experiences depression, unstable moods, persistent dissatisfaction, relationship concerns, identity confusion, loss, addiction, and difficulties stemming from one’s family of origin. Long-standing issues that never reach a comfortable resolution are often best addressed in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.

I have 15+ years of eclectic training, though I draw most from modern and relational psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychology. The focus in this kind of therapy is on the individual - their thoughts, emotions, anxieties, wishes, memories, imaginings, bodily experiences, actions, choices - and aims to remove barriers to having a more satisfying life.

Our aim together will be to provide you more clarity, reduce distress, generate positive and lasting change, improve your connection with yourself and others, improve habits, increase enjoyment and satisfaction, and help you create your own evolving version of a good life.
