Hi there! My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, inclusive therapeutic relationship that nurtures growth and well-being. I help children, youth, and young adults who are facing anxiety, stress, trauma, and other mental health challenges along with school, relationships/boundaries, and other life issues.

I am very passionate about serving BIPOC communities and making mental health services accessible. I take a mindfulness-based, strengths-based, and holistic approach to care, ensuring that individuals feel welcomed and encouraged to bring their most authentic selves.

If you feel like I may be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out!
