Amber K. Lynn
My passion for counseling developed from my own journey with chronic migraines, trauma, and relationships. I enjoy working with couples and adults on a wide range of issues including stress, trauma, communication and relationships, anxiety, phobias, depression, chronic pain, insomnia, identity, mild disordered eating, confidence, or just feeling “stuck” and dissatisfied with one’s direction in life. In collaboration with the client, I tailor the treatment plan and counseling approach to each client’s unique needs.

I draw from tenets of different therapies. These may include CBT, DBT, EMDR, ART, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, IFS and parts work, and animal assisted therapy in counseling.
In working with my co-therapist Archer Ash, a Labrador retriever, we strive to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for clients as they seek wellness and support amongst life’s transitions and challenges.
