Hi! I am a Harvard- and Stanford-educated psychologist on the faculty of McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Through warm, collaborative, evidence-based psychotherapy, I help clients harness their strengths to break out of old patterns, discover new perspectives, and build the lives they want. Clients have described my approach as supportive, attentive, flexible, appropriately challenging, and goal-oriented. Outside my clinical practice, I am on the faculty of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where I teach ethics and leadership to MBA students and executives.
Previously I served as the PTSD Expert Evaluator for the federally funded Consortium to Alleviate PTSD. My internship was at the VA's National Center for PTSD. My research has been funded by the National Science Foundation, published in top journals, and featured in the New York Times.
I am comfortable addressing a wide variety of complex concerns and am passionate about helping people achieve their most meaningful goals. Please note that I am an out-of-network provider.
