Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a private practice based in Newton, MA. I work with middle school, high school and college students who are experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment to college and social issues. I also have a strong interest and expertise in working with student-athletes.

My style is warm, collaborative and nonjudgmental with a focus on my clients' strengths and insights into how best to resolve their concerns. I use an integrative treatment approach which includes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, mindfulness and a number of additional techniques. I collaborate with my clients to determine an approach to treatment that works best for them.

Feel free to reach out for a complimentary phone consultation to see if I might be the right fit for what you are looking for.
