3d Psychotherapy, LLC is a boutique group practice that serves insecure overachievers by bringing serenity to their chaotic world. Through a series of 50 or 90-minute connection sessions and, psychodynamic psychotherapy our team of highly skilled clinicians provides individual and group therapy to address the following presenting problems: grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and narcissistic abuse. Working with our clinicians, clients receive psychoeducation on techniques and skills, such as metathinking, thought challenging, grounding, and boundary setting. Clients who work with 3d Psychotherapy (3dP) report increased self-confidence and self-compassion, along with a significant reduction in anxious and depressive symptoms.
